History:
It was a warm, wet day November 28th when Jonathan and Tracey Drummond welcomed little Aaron into their town of Newcastle upon Tyne, in Northern Britain. Both Muggles, neither of his parents ever thought there was anything strange about their bouncing baby boy, even though he always seemed to get the cookies out of the locked cabinet, find bags of sugar during heavy rationing in World War II, and, when he was angry, make a mess that it seemed impossible of a child of his size to make. They thought he was just exceptionally smart, and scraped what money they could together to send him to a private school.

Luckily for them, he only went to that school for a few years. On his eleventh birthday, he awoke early in the morning, before dawn, to a tawny owl tapping on his window. Not really sure what else to do, he opened the window, and the owl dropped a letter on the bed. The letter was an invitation to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Although his parents were a little weirded out by the idea that their only son was a wizard. Nevertheless, they at least pretended they were all right with it, for his sake.

When at Hogwarts, Aaron was sorted into Ravenclaw. He focused mostly on his schoolwork, and as a result, really didn't have a whole lot of acquaintances, only a few close friends. His best marks were in Herbology and Charms, with his worst in History of Magic. At the end of his schooling, he received six NEWTs.

After graduation, Aaron made a choice to travel Europe, staying in the least expensive hostels, and walking most of the way. He spent six months touring, before returning home to his parents. He moved to London shortly after, and worked in a low-level bureaucratic position at the Ministry of Magic for several years, moving up only a little bit in the ranks. On a whim, he applied for the position of Muggle Studies professor when he heard there was an opening at Hogwarts. As a result, he became a professor at Hogwarts at the age of twenty-eight. He has taught there ever since.
